This trip is designed exclusively for doctors and medical professionals. It is structured around a professional itinerary that includes medical business visits, clinical insights, and peer networking — alongside a premium cultural and wellness programme for the same group.
Yes. Visits to the Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research and St. Luke's International Hospital are included as part of the professional programme on Day 7. These are curated, facilitated visits — not general public tours.
International flights to Japan and from Japan are not included in the programme price. The trip begins on arrival in Osaka on 19 August and concludes with departure from Tokyo on 27 August. The event team can provide guidance on recommended flight options.
Comfortable, elegant travel clothing is recommended throughout. On Day 3, socks are required when entering temple interiors and loose, comfortable clothing is recommended for the Zen meditation session. For medical institution visits, smart-casual professional attire is appropriate.
Optional activities — such as the Izu Oshima Island excursion, onsen visit, teamLab Planets, Miraikan museum, and the Toyosu Manyo Club Spa — are not included in the programme price. Full details of which activities are included versus optional will be provided in the programme pack.
